Gui Fei "Honey Aroma" Oolong/貴妃烏龍

Made in the spring of 2021, this tea is of the Qingxin cultivar and grown at around 1500m in Ren Ai County. Intensely attacked by leaf hoppers during the growing season, this tea has a very strong distinct honey flavor. A deeper fermentation and a light roast also gives this tea a noticeable Dong Ding oolong feek. These combination of these qualities makes this tea very layered and interesting to drink. 

No pesticides or chemical fertilizers were used in management of the tea garden where this tea was produced.
