International Shipping

We currently ship to these countries: 

United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States

Shipping rates

There is a flat rate of 10USD

All items will be shipped using Taiwan Post registered mail. You will get a tracking number that will track your package until it gets to your country. Tracking may or may not be available at your country of destination. You may need to sign for your package. If you do not receive your package within 9 working days, please check with your local post office. If you would like to have your package delivered by unregistered mail, please contact us after you have placed your order. However, please note that with unregistered mail, there is no tracking and no signature required.

We are not responsible for any packages confiscated by your countries Customs. 

We are not responsible for "lost" or "untraceable" packages once they reach your country and are in the hands of your country's postal system. 

We are not responsible for any packages damaged by delivery carriers or by your countries Customs.

We are not responsible for any packages damaged or stolen after they have been delivered to your door.

If your country imposes taxes on international goods (i.e. VAT) that is up to you to take care of and pay.

It is your responsibility to understand the laws of your country and what can and cannot enter. 

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address on your part or is returned to us by your country's Customs. You can either request us to re send it to you and pay the shipping rate a second time or you can request a partial refund of 70% of the total cost of the goods (minus shipping).

All orders will be fulfilled within 7 working days and will arrive to you usually within a time frame of 2 weeks. Although, some due extraneous circumstances package delivery might be delayed. Please be patient.

Once the package is delivered to the post office it is out of our hands. We cannot control how the post office works both in Taiwan and in your country. However, the Taiwan post office is pretty good at getting out packages so normally you will not have to wait too long.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We do not accept returns.

Refunds and Exchanges are done on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you would like to enquire about a refund or exchange.

Note: Personal taste is not a basis for claims for refunds or exchanges. Just because you do not like the product does not entitle you to a refund or an exchange. Refunds and exchanges will primarily be given only if there is a serious problem with the product or shipping error on our part.

After 14 days of the package being delivered all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be considered. All claims must be filed before the 14th day of the package being delivered for there to be consideration.

We want to get you your package. We are not here to scam you. We want you to have and be able to drink our teas. However, we cannot control the quality level of the postal services of every country in the world. We will try to do everything on our part to get you your package but please realize sometimes things may go wrong and there may be nothing we can do about it.
