This is an authentic Da Yi production of their famous 8582 recipe from 2006. This teas has aged quite nicely. It has a pleasing mellow aged taste with subtle sour plum undertones. However, what I think is the best part of this tea is that it has a very prominent huigan that leaves your mouth with a ver sweet after taste. Huigan like this is very hard to find in tea but this vintage of 8582 has it in spades.
